Problem Solvers  — Our mission as UX designers is to create designs that help our users achieve their goals. . 2. Learners  — Having a strong aptitude for learning keeps us abreast of trends and best practices in UX Design, as well as keeping us always inquiring into our users’ behaviors and needs. . 3. Good Communicators  — To defend good design backed by solid user research, we must be able to communicate with stakeholders why our design works. Not to mention communicating with our users to understand their needs. . 4. Great Listeners  — It is only by listening to and really understanding our users’ needs that we produce a product that solves the problem. . 5. Analytical  — We are fact finders and data collectors of our users’ behaviors and needs. We analyze this information in order to understand the product we are designing. . 5. Detail Oriented  — Everything matters when it comes to good design. We don’t skip on the details because they are the building blocks. . 6. Empathetic Toward Users  — Our users are who we champion in our work. It is for them and their needs that our work exists. Thus, we are empathetic toward their needs. . 7.
